One of my most favorite Cheap Trick songs! Obviously it was PERFECT for the movie! Seen them at least 2 times but they did not play it.

I know nothing about this band but this is a hell of a good live version - sounds almost as good as the audio from the movie we all know.

Each year there's a song which encapsulates the year for me, it's completely random. It's just what I couldn't get enough of that year and it becomes that years theme basically. 2020 was Pets by Porno for Pyros, 2021 was Friends of P by The Rentals, 2022 was Roots Bloody Roots by Sepultra and I think this year will be this song. I'm 30 and everything this list was before my time so if there's no rhyme or reason regarding genre, it's just what got me through each year.

The first concert I ever went to in 1981 in Sacramento, CA. Then about 7 years later as a State Trooper in CT, I stopped for a disabled vehicle and it was Cheap Trick. Their manager failed to gas up their vehicle he was driving them in. Gave them a ride to their hotel in New Haven. They asked for my card and later sent me an autographed T-shirt. Super cool dudes.

They literally decided to (Or should I say Rick Decided when he wrote it) To REACH OUT AND TAKE IT! Then when they sing the song it's like they are a Force of Nature Masculine ROCK N ROLL nature!
