The first music video I put together. I'm not a real big fan of the movie or Blue Oyster Cult. But, as a teenager, I enjoyed this magazine and admired the artwork. I discovered that movie director Ridley Scott was a fan of the magazine as well. Scott is a pretty good artist himself. I don't know what happened to his film work. He hasn't made a good movie in years. It's possible Ridley Scott has redeemed himself with the Prometheus movie project. In my opinion, he should stick with his creative visions in the world of sci fi & horror.

I didn't know this, but this song IS based on that movie but the movie's producers declined to use it because the lyrics provides a captained summary of the Taarna vignette.

You have no idea. New release, in a theater, 1980's. This was so awesome. Must have seen it 15 times. Made me cry when it came out on video. Still brings up a lot of emotion

Excellent Job !! B.O.C. is a very underrated band ! Heavy Metal was a fun movie ! I still enjoy watching it to this day !!
